Why the Royal Mail is REALLY Making a Loss

It is a well known fact that the RM charging system, AND many different Railway charges, muli Electricity and Gas tarriffs, Ryanair flight add on charges.... being just a few companies that have muliple rates and charges....

As a business man i heard say a few years ago on the radio..... Create a confusion of rates and charges to the public ...and you increase your company profit margins...

How very true a statement ...confusion costs the public far more than,... a simple straight understanderble system of one or two charges.

You have to ask yourself ...why there really has to be so many different amount of charges used by any company...it never used to be so confusing 30 years ago..

So the reason now must be the adopted ...confusion makes more profit system...?

Working out the final charge for some things is not always that easy...very confusing to say the least...

If R M are making a loss ...then maybe the top brass are finding the confusion system ... dare i say it ...too confusing for them to understand.... and of course delivering other carriers mail at a far lower cost than the public are charged, decreases the RM profits.....
