£15 WAGE RISE

Post by WARDY »

We in cash handling will be getting stage 2 of our agreed wage deal £15 first pay day in April, but does anyone know on here whether the rest of the bonus which was part paid in the first stage of the agreement going to be paid out, I am sure it should be in June. Our guys have had no inkling as to whether the remaining part of the bonus will be forthcoming but seem to be of the opinion that the company will announce a statement about not reaching targets so as to prevent them from paying out as usual - hope we are wrong but not holding our breath.

Your right about the date WARDY, it should be June this year. I haven't heard anything about the bonus not being paid out. The bonus scheme targets are the same as managers and Admin grades. The bonus scheme is in place every year going forward, past the 3 year pay deal for Supply Chain grades. Hope this helps. :Very Happy
