Brighton delivery sector won the award for efficiency in delivery.

Sven Hambly, collection and delivery manger for Brighton, pictured with colleague Stephen Latuske and Mark Higson, says: ‘They are a great bunch who work really well together and are always eager to help each other out.

‘We knew we were doing pretty well in the region but it didn’t cross our minds how this would compare nationally.’

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

All our Lm's got a letter today asking if they'd go down to Brighton as theres problem with packet build up. We've heard its because they got rid of too many driving duties in the revision. Our own revision has gone to stage one dissagreement as they want to get rid of too many driving duties/hours
Any married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing.

eg

Hants and Dorset WEST sector

Another example of RM inefficiency due to the multiple tiers of management
Sector Managers report to a Lead DSM who reports to the Regional Director of Deliveries
