And has georoute included time to balance the amount of mail/packets on each side of the trolley. I can see a lot of trolleys toppling over on ground that is not exactly flat if we are to carry sizeable amount of packets around. Surely that is the advantage of having vans.

My trolley only falls over if I have to bump it down a kerb. Idiot planners don't take into account dropped kerbs, well they did'nt in my office.

Are you saying the trolleys need a dropped kerb?
I've never used one but there seems to be so much that is flawed with them I'm beginning to wonder if they turn corners...

I don't think anybody is using the trolleys in our office , and nor the rep or the managers are bothered, its taking me and my driver roughly about 4hr 50m to do two deliveries that's not including packets we simply haven't got the time.

not many at our office using trolleys either. went over time today by 45 mins and that was with out taking over size parcels. only way posties get finished in our office is when the idiots come in 30-45 mins before their time, also taking NO breaks. surely managment have a right to stop this or is it they won't cuz it helps them out so the mail is cleared and they get their bonouses. stinks bigtime

bring it back ? , weve been doing this p&l for over a year now and was told they will be no more starbursting , we did it during the summer last year and we started again in january collapsing 6 rounds a week in our section ( 4 sections in total) alone 2 mon ,2 tues, and 2 sat and the union rep has done s**t about it and hes the area rep which is even worse oh but we havent seen him for over a year but he picked a delivery which he has done , has this been agreed with the cwu to do this. i hope they sell the firm and pay us off because you cant continue like this.
