royal mail are taking the you know what out of the union in my opinion, they make ridiculous proposals then ask the union in for talks knowing that they will accept the offer.
the union will try and water down some of the more extreme proposals instead of rejecting them all and calling us out.
we saw the true colours of royal mail when they called the talks of at the last minute and are forcing these crazy proposals in, the only answer for us is to hit the streets big time

There is skulldugery afoot. It loks like our top negotiators have got into bed with RM. One saving point - we have to vote on any agreement. I will vote "NO" for 2 reasons. 1 - I wont like the agreement. 2 - Dave & Billy will be out and hopefully the rest of the NEC. Sooner the better and lets get someone who can lead the majority of us who saw the crap coming.

There is a lot to be said for the view that Royal mail have put forward their most extreme position with the tacit agreement of the cwu. Then both can then through the union's counter proposals suggest that some sensible compromise has been reached. Royal mail can also save face by getting in a lot of what they actually really wanted in the first place. I hope the pec and above realise that they will be up for re-election at some time and also that they will have to get any agreement past us.

I must say this really worrys me,when i read what Royal Mail want i thought it was some kind of joke.If they get half of what they want i will more than likely have to look for other employment as i will not work under those conditions. Its now time to double our efforts and make sure :lfo :cfo don't get their own way.

Soz Guys Im all over the vote of no confidence
In the ranks the weak are getting weaker.
And even the strong amongst us are beginning to wonder?
Why is it like this?
Im all over the the idea that RM have started to brainwash people with there propaganda.
We should never have suspended strikes back at the beginning of the so called calm.
Yes we have the moral high ground... but it did not stop the buisness going on on and on with there CR#P.
Im not really shore what the (PEC) have up there sleeve but it had better be a good bloody good trick.
It had better start with some big (IA) sadly its the only thing the big boyz listen to at old street.
If we come out of this in any form or shape in RM favour face it the job will not be worth having.
Cr#p pay
6-8 D 2 D For sod all pay.
Walking to late in the afternoon
Like now the weak ones running themselves around a delivery in a car paying upto 15-20 quid a week in petrol.
Coming in early to prep there walks.
Never take a break.
Pick up walking overtime when asked by management because they cannot get enough agency staff.
All this and they still perform like this dispite a 2.5% pay offer, flexable working I for one just cannot uderstand it.
Its Cr#p really Cr#p.
Please sombody restore the faith.
I keep expecting OBI ONE KENOBI to appear in a ray of light ghostly type figure.
USE THE FORCE TURPIN.
C What I Mean Im Losing It !
Well for now anyway !!!
