I've heard they're keeping her breathing until the beginning of June, then a double celebration combining it with the Jubilee, :Very Happy anything to not give us an extra day off work.
The Olympics...........new sport for 2012.........extreme grave digging :nana
Scotland better get independence before that then.

We'd win and keep going to the centre of the earth, with our bare hands, to rid ourselves of 'that' person
When you get independence can we in the free county of Yorkshire secede from England and join you. We talk a similar language and will be celebrating when the wicked witch of Stamford is dead.
I'm just wondering how far down the independence line would go, would it be easier just to get rid of the south east and let the rest of us be happy :nervous
There is nothing wrong with the south east DGP, its just unfortunate that it includes London. If we get rid of that we'll be ok.
So it's sorted, just get rid of London then............unless someone from London wishes to nominate certain areas then it'll be the whole thing :Very Happy

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

my son has been invited to Houses of parliment next month as part of his students voice at school, but the MP that has invited him is a consevatist I did say to him that both his parents work for RM but be polite as I know he could have a right old go as he did when she canvessed down our road :funneh He is nearly 14 but has good head on him for what is right and wrong in the great divide on classes

Posh Spice's British party food
Press Association – Thu, Mar 22, 2012

Victoria Beckham has cooked up a very traditional British party feast for her sons to take to school for International Food Day.
Posh Spice tweeted a picture of cheese and pineapple on sticks, sausage rolls and pork pies with British flags in them and a cuddly British bull dog, as part of Romeo, nine, and six-year-old Cruz's school project.
Victoria tweeted: "Just finished cooking! Very proud to be British!!"

That level of cooking could easily go wrong though.
You could put the cheese on first and the pineapple could fall off or you could have a cheese splitting issue...that's a disaster for a chef.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
