Jaffer u did tell us ... And i thought u where right then and still right!! I thought much the same but most will listen and wait... FAIR CALL.. But i do act first and sometimes not always the best thing... :d'oh! In this instance it was right as i know that RM are on a one tracked mind set and we (union) aint in that mind set as far as they are concerned...

We have to change that... WE have to stop Big Al n lil adam steamrolling us and the job into the gutter... The service could be saved if action NOW is put into play... Not sit n wait, twiddle thumbs n watch RM/POSTCOMM/BIG AL N lil adam/ goverment. Ruin this service of OURS...

The CWU are in the best position that it has been in for donkeys years.... WHY OH WHY WONT THE PRESSURE BE PUT BACK ON AGAIN??????

Rolling strikes, Offices all over working to 318's Big support on strikes and pickets.. Even if RM quote different???

WE CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING!!!

WE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO VOTE/WORK AND KEEP RM AS IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN... IN THE BLACK AND EARNING ££££££££ NOT :cfo :lfo And its about time we showed them that they cant just push around and shite on the very people that put ££££ in there greasy pockets....

OUT

TOMMO RIGHT ON THE NOSE MATE., AND I TAKE NO PLEASURE FROM MY OPENING STATEMENT ( I TOLD YOU SO ) BUT YOU HAVE TO BET ON A HORSE ON IT'S TRACK RECORD AND I'M SORRY IF THIS UPSETS ANY ONE BUT OUR UNIONS IS CRAP. HOWEVER IT'S IMPORTANT TO REALISE THAT THE AGENDA OF TWATMAN & GOBIN IS TO FINISH THIS UNION ONCE AND FOR ALL, AND THEN MOP UP THE DREGS (US).NOW THERE ARE THOSE THAT WILL JUST SIT THERE AND TAKE IT THEN WHINGE ALL THE WAY TO THE DOLE OFFICE AND THOSE WHO WILL GET UP AND BE COUNTED. FROM THE MOOD ON THE CHAT SITE IT'S NOT HARD TO SEE WHERE 99% OF MY FELLOW WORKERS STAND, AND UNLIKE THE REST OF YOU LILLY LIVERD SPINLESS EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS WHO WILL SIT BACK AND WATCH IT HAPPEN WHATEVER THE OUTCOME AT LEAST WE WILL HAVE TRIED TO STOP IT, AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS ALL YOU CAN ASK OF ANY ONE. THE TIME IS NOW MY FRIENDS LETS STICK IT TO THESE MOTHER f****r'S AND WIPE THE GLOATING SMILES OFF THE PASTY FACE c***s.

PS If any of you non striker's are offended by this tough, go and tell someone who give's a s**t :mad

Why have we heard nothing from ACAS or the TUC on how these talks failed?
I would also like to know how the pension situation came to be involved in pay negotiations.
These talks have taken us backwards, there are more reasons to strike now than 5 weeks ago. If the strike breakers don`t come out next time round then abandon all hope of ever persuading them.

Good question! You're right about the strike breakers. Anyone who crosses a picket line, including managers, after this cock-up over the pension swindle really has got no backbone. Taken into consideration with everything else, there should be 100% solid support for the next strike. I can't believe anyone would stupid enough not to strike after this, but I suppose we'll never be able to understand the ways of the scab. They are unlike human beings.

Agree entirely everybody,it really is the document from hell!
It should have been entitled "A not entirely exhaustive list of what we would like you to do for nothing(you bloody malingerers)".
Do not hold much hope that those who came in will refrain next time, its not money as they tend to be the wealthiest people in my office(fortunately we have been near solid).
