so from my original post i think somebody should be held responsible for this farce
as if we fail in our day to day role we would be either sacked or on a conduct case
also mr gibson shud be over the mangement on this issue as it is not just 1 week
it is happening to often as this as been the case for the last 6 weeks good day
today and yesterday just working to our time no ot paid just a little backlog on
the packets and the same tomorrow looking fwd to it just looking fwd to next thurs

Dont be so sure I talked to the guy in the office and he said they havent had any problems in our office?, deliberate withholding of overtime not cool

dont take it likely wages are messed up doesnt matter if it is a genuine
mistake or computer error it is a disgrace we go to work for the money
we do ot for the money we expect to get paid for it when expected
as in pre post we make mistake we get conduct against us

Due to a coding error made by the support consultants a significant amount of variable pay which was entered and checked by HR Services, was then not processed into payroll. The consequence is that valid overtime payments keyed on Monday and Tuesday this week, appear not to have been picked up by the system when processing the payroll and are left sitting in suspense. I am awaiting a report from the support consultants to get an exact volume / value of the issue and will update you asap.

To emphasise there are no issues in relation to PSP basic pay and there are no issues at all in relation to the Regions paid via Infinium.

We are putting in place procedures to deal with any major underpayments via the advances process, although we want to minimise this as far as possible.

Also to confirm that all overtime currently held in suspense will be processed automatically next week and that no entries have been lost.

No.

Some overtime payments that were due last week were not processed correctly and they will be getting it this week instead.
