As the volume of mail is significantly lower on Tuesday, wouldn't it make sense for all line managers to have that as a fixed day off?
Then we could see if they like working every Saturday........

theres over 70 walks n my do, 3 linos 1 dom, dom comes n when he feels like it, never starts early, always about haf 7 - 8ish n goes home no later than haf 2 n takes every sat off, 2 the linos are not to bad but 1 is a tosser and spends his whole shift smoking, went into the office to order up some uniform , dom was working hard looking at golf clubs on google image, jumped at his mouse like he had gay porn on the screen lol
