I SAID 2% mistakes would be reasonable NOT the 60% Angard made. Some joker earlier in this thread said we must expect mistakes, but obvioulsy he thought 60% was "normal".

I think the point is these aren't "mistakes" or errors, that would be a small percentage, it's systemic failure

Hope we all get hoiday pay and the money still owed soon. I've now been paid for the correct hours (after emailing in my own times sheets  ) but not at the agreed rate.

How did you get access to your time sheets to email them? Or did you mean you quoted hours you had actually worked (I have done this also and still nothing).

ET1 form sent off today, emailed angard 2 weeks ago quoting hours worked with recorded post hard copy which was signed for by them, still nothing sorted.

Tribunal here we come.

I mailed in what I had actually worked but that was during the xmas season itself. Angard asked me to do it when I phoned so they could not really call me a liar when I responded. (They didn't settle at the correct hourly rate until 24th Feb though! They paid the extra straight away after I sent them an official sounding recorded letter - posted 22nd Feb. I was a day or two away from filing an ET1 )

I too was asked to send in the hours that I had worked. The hours paid at the incorrect rate were corrected. However, they (true to form) docked me one day, so I had to get back to them. I've had yet another phone call from them checking to see that I was paid. I still haven't received my P45. But I don't really care about that. Maybe an unpaid, disgruntled, Angard Office person decided to sabotage the payroll system? One thing for sure, they couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery!
