Please tell me where are the Royal Mail rules that says clapping is prohibited?
You should all give the manager a round of applause in the morningImageImageImageImageImageImage

Its like something from Stalinist Russia or Hitlers Reich. Show trails where the guilt of the accused is assured because of the evidence being biased.

Good luck Burslem dont let them grind you down, what is the union doing to spread your case?

Instead of letting offices be picked off by Royal Mail to fight alone the union should be making a stand and turning them into a cause celeb for the union as a whole, saying if they do it in Burslem your office will be next etc. We collected money for manvers in our office but never even heard about Burslem till too late. Instead of drawing a line in the sand and telling RM to back down in Manvers, Burslem, Belfast, to create a victory and cow RM and inspire the members to raise their horizons, Ward Hayes & Co look the other way to try and make a deal possible or keep an already agreed one going like the efficiency agreement last year.

The efficiency agreement is a con, but thats what Dave Ward has said is our goal in this strike!

Only 2 weeks before the 12 suspensions a petition was signed by everyone in the office complaining about manager A and manager B bullying and intimidating all the staff.
Royal Mails reply; Suspend 12 workers for complaining with nothing to substantiate the claim and do nothing with the managers. Now they are running around trying to make a case as after the 1st fact finding interview they said they hadn't got any specific allegations. :cfo :cfo :lfo :lfo

-It is a kangaroo court -Plan A isn't working very well , no Plan B , how do we try and make plan A work again, RM don't do contradictions ,this would be laughed out of any Tribunual unless RM want a Test Case Tribunual-so be careful !

If its who i think it is then weve lost a really good person who was on every picket line, and stood with us 100%, im really sorry to see her go, well really miss her, well i hope she heard the good news THE ASSWIPE LIGHTHOUSE HAS LEFT THE BUSINESS, HES GONE TO WORK FOR PEPSI, they will send that t**t back when they realise theres no FIZZ in him, but on a sadder note the other bosses are distraught because theyve lost their coat stand and coffee maker all in one go, WELL I WISH HIM EVERY BIT OF BAD LUCK GOING THE S**T STIRRING B***ARD...UNITY IS STRENGTH.
