Coming your way soon! :wave
The A4 laminate is on all our frames, has been for nearly a year now. No one has ever signed anything and a lot of the laminates, mine included, have just come off. As for the stool on the frame, ridiculous.

I might leave a stool under or on the frame If we ever have to ask to go to the toilet, .

We've been doing this nonsense for months now, A4 tick list with about 15 questions to be 'ticked' each day, funny thing is we very often don't get the new one 'til we get back off the round on a Monday or even Tuesday!! Not one has ever been countersigned or even collected off the frames, we've all got a stack of them.....one of the questions on the tick list is "is your frame clean and tidy?" NO!!!! :arrrghhh then to cap it all when we collect keys, specials etc from the locker we have to sign again!! :arrrghhh
Not signing it again unless the DIM signs with me :speak to the hand , what a waste of time! :so there

You have to be careful, you sign for this you sign for that, you've seen this you've seen that, you were at this wtl you were at that one.
One screw tried to do we with one that I was supposed to of signed years ago,he was under the impression i'd signed it but couldn't find the paper work as I was at another office at the time.
Some mail training bollox.
Watch your backs.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

all this signing this and signing that can be used to trap you on a disciplinary saying you have been shown the correct procedure

we all make mistakes but unless the rep has agreed to it

dont sign nothing

polite in your reply would be

"ill run it past the rep first as i dont know if i have an obligation to sign it"
