I'll admit that she looked like a moose caught in the headlights initially.
There was a distinct lack of hard statistical information to throw at the commitee. It was generalisations, cliches and all rather vague.
(Whoever was supposed to brief her did a crappy job for sure.)

However, mercifully, she got better as it went on and finished reasonably strongly throwing some facts into the mix.
For example; 5,400 fewer people by the end of the year, 2,000 of those to come from management.
We have to achieve a target of 93% on first-class, Deutsche Post has only to meet a target of 80%.

Good to see her denigrate the regulatory framework.

Blimey, I'm warming to the lady! :shock:

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I think we'd better get this back on topic;

What a prick that Simon Kirby character is! I reckon Moya must have been itching to tell him to do one.
Then I googled him and found out that he's the Consevative MP for Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven. Say no more.

Did you spot the unused name tag marked "DAVE WARD" on a table in the background?

Sadly there was a longer queue in the Westminster Greggs than he had anticipated. :sad:
