No. Downstream Access Mail gets thrown in rivers, streams or canals.
Only Horizon Mail has to go in the sea.

Of course it gets incinerated. Where else would you put it? In big filing cabinets just in case........?! Eventually, after all efforts to trace the sender have been made, it is burnt - that's why we send it back as confidential waste. Oh and incineration usually involves fire at some point............... :crazy:
