i think we had 3 kicked out last year by IB. Came back after my delivery late last week and saw 2 IB bods talking to managers..... was told by in-door staff that it looked like a postie was soon to be getting a P45 thieving?/delay?/dumping? not yet known.

gossip down our way is that its to do with one manager surrepticiously videoing another two on a drunken night out as they were slagging off other managers then posting it on youtube. anyone confirm?

well the plot thickens

the video(and I have seen it) is a manager getting a lift home in a car after a night out
manager 1 is covertly videoing manager 2(senior lino),who is talking about staff,managers etc
video is put on Youtube (now removed,perhaps it will reappear.....)
manager 2 files a greivene on manager 1
manager 1 suspended

now the official line being put out is manager 2 and 3(DOM) are suspended after a B&H complaint from manager 1
however that doesnt really tally
why suspend them when manager 1 is not in the bulding?
staff are being questioned on procedures,Overtime and who gets paid for what
questions on D2D and how they are handled,do people get paid extra in OT to do them,excess procedure etc
so I think manager 1 has let some cats out of the bag

Indeed. Is there any chance of a transcript for those of us who struggle to comprehend the North British accent ?
What I also couldn't understand was the daylight when they're returning from a night out ahead of about the only words I made out "see you in the morning" - although they are a bit nearer the land of the midnight sun than most of us.
