Quite odd. I was looking at address no 27 on the envelope when the traffic lady on radio 2 said Junction 27. 1hr later I was reading No 16 , traffic lady said junction 16.......... no idea where i'm going with this, just thought i'd say.
Tripitaka: "You should live without fear. There's as much chance of good things as bad things."
Sandy: "It's a cheerful philosophy and I've heard it from people before. They're all dead now."
Monkey "Excuse me when I say, that you really are extraordinarily dim!"

Organised chaos, with yorks of ASAP from yesterday added to a heavy day already, it was "all hands to the IPS" deck at gone 0800 to help get everything done. The result? An awful lot of people could not complete inside contract hours and did not want extended.

Did anyone else love their unusual ~100% Monday call rate with green Scottish Power envelopes? I ligitimately left as much of my frame for the manager to deal with as an unachievable Friday, because on top of the call rate, I had to spend an hour finishing the prep. The management should consider themselves fortunate that the packet levels were low.

Everyone else was leaving as i arrived YET AGAIN, this time they'd outdone themselves by getting someone unfamiliar with the frame to prep it so it was still unfinished. They then put someone else who didnt know the frame on it to help complete it. Got out an hour after everyone else, driver didnt wait for my bags. Same again tomorrow but more so as tuesdays are lighter.

Saturday was average. Today was busy for mail but unusually light for packets. Warm today.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
The walk I was on today has one long street that has more dogs then I have ever seen, almost every call there was a dog going mental at me over a fence/behind a door/on the street.
Got to a little cul de sac when this big angry dog came running out of a garden with its owner nowhere to be seen. Started barking and growling at me and I pretty much braced myself to get attacked, backed off slowly and thankfully it didnt come after me....needless to say that little cul de sac isnt getting its mail today!
