Yes your right phoned him today , and he was blasé about it , like he wasn't interested , I just don't know what to do except et . You'd think rm would lose at an et with a obvious mistake like that , but I don't understand why the union isn't fighting it . So fecking frustrated .

The only thing is the ET and you have already filed it. You say in one post that you think RM want rid of higher paid full time posties well I hink you are right.

If you've already filed your ET information make sure you add the new information with regards your failed appeal to that otherwise you'll not be able to include it at the hearing.

He will be able to add it in the case management that no doubt he will have to endure first,infact I'd be amazed if the judge didn't say did you or are you appealing against the decision.

One more question , after my appeal hearing i got sent the appeal hearing notes to check and amend , which I checked and amended and sent them back in the time requested . I haven't received the 2nd copy of notes which I amended , should I have received them before a decision plus in appeal manager investigation notes they clearly state I've agreed to the notes but I haven't agreed or signed to say I do agree . Help

I can see no reason why not having a returned copy of your amended notes should delay the appeal however you do need to ensure that the copy used for that decision was in fact that which you amended, (implied agreed to).

RM in my experience do not amend appeal notes, that is for you to present your side of the story at the tribunal, in the CMD (Case Management Discussion" the judge will ask if you want your job back and what your argument is to get it back, he/she will at this stage tell you whether you have a case or not. If you have a weak case he/she may ask for a £500.00 deposit to proceed. Best of Luck

I'm owed 6 days holiday and guess what Dom refusing to let me take my holiday in my notice period . Unbelievable his reasoning is there's no free weeks for u to take your holiday . If I dont take them in my period of notice i think I'll lose 6 days holiday pay . w*****s

They want it all ways. I would just take them as they have already sacked you. You should get them as holiday pay if you don't but then do you trust RM? Ring HR.

Seems your DOM is not that nice after all. You also need to find another job in that time maybe. Dom is just making threats why don't you email Moya? His problem in the DO does not invalidate your dismissal letter regarding leave.

I've recently had my appeal hearing and I'm waiting on rm decision , cwu rep put the case to the appeal manager that my old boots had worn down I'd ordered new boots which took sometime arriving but in the mean time I had a foot injury and feel s this is a work related incident which rm should have investigated more at the time and it shouldn't count as an absence on my record which wouldn't have put me in the position I am ,

The alternative jayfin would have to been to employ you indoors until your injury got better. Did they offer this alternative or did you request it instead of going sick?

They didn't offer it , had a rtw 15days after I returned . Told the line manager it could reoccur which it did , had to have another absence Off with the same injury hence all my posts on the subject for unfair dismissal .
