Nearly.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Worked my day off. Great for packets. Took just over 4 and a half hours from leaving the office to getting back.

Today i met colleagues returning from lapsing prior to me arriving at the DO and whilst on today's walk i bumped into one of the lads walking home while i was just over halfway done. At least i'm on the same walk all week and have a full set of keys, rather than the normal kerfuffle searching for keys every morning.

interesting…

got training on the pda and then told me and my p&l partner were being left to it (i was meant to 'training' until tomorrow). so, first full day on the walk, and at least i was fit enough to do it without the ft'er i'm working with having to wait around.

tomorrow will be busier, so i might take advantage of the fact i'm still in civvies to wear some running shoes…

Absolutely sod all work today.... Started at 6:15 completed IPS, throwing off my walk, redirs, packets etc by 6:55.
Had a kip in the canteen till we went out at 9:10. Got complete walk into my delivery pouch with a bit of space left over. Finished and on my way home by 11.

Its nice to have days like this once in a while but glad they don't come around too often as if they did most of us would be out of a job.

Reckon we'll be HAMMERED tomorrow but thats another day!

Fun and games, arrived at my frame to a lack of double prep standards and no sign of lino, so I finish prep off. Finally get out of the depot with just three hours of my time left (unreal for a Tuesday), wondering if I left too much to be covered on o/t, only to do the delivery without cutting corners and arrive back at the office five minutes before contract finish time... Happy days. :thumbup

Obviously your duty isin't hard enough...................my day off is usually spent trying to recover from the delivery. :nervous

Busy (needed 3 signature cards for what I took out, excluding what I did not time to deliver, easily at least double the agreed 3% attendence rate)... Glad another working day is over.
