1/2 hour Trigger point.

We recently hit the 2nd part of the WS bonus as per the 2010 agreement.The thing is,when are we intitled to the extra 1/2hr per week off our duties?
AFAIK it should start from the week the target was reached?
So,if it takes management a month to sort out how the time is given from when the target is met,then we would be owed 2 hours(4x30minutes)?
If i am correct,is there anywhere in the 2010 agreement that mentions this,as i think senior management are trying to weasel out of any backdated time?

It get backdated to the week you trigger it, actual implementation is when it is agreed to kick in (i.e. when the duties are altered to account for it)

Anything that you don't get in time, becomes SA or (if it takes longer than a couple weeks) additional leave (at the individuals choice)

Thanks Talell.Is that nationally agreeded with the CWU or a local agreement?
If its national,do you know where that is mentioned in the 2010 agreement?

Couldn't find it in BT2010 after a quick skim.

It's what happened in my MC, and what has been happening in other MC's so far.

Tell your rep to call other MC's and ask how it was handled there, should give a rough guideline, since it should be handled in a formulaic way (in line with everyone else).

Just out of curiosity, is this GMC we are talking about?
