Oh I wasn't aware that it could be the RM removing the breaks , I always thought the timesheets were just sent to Angard and they removed them. Next time I go into the MC I will ask 1 of the nicer managers there and see what response I get back.Verging wrote:I suspect your breaks are being removed by the RM managers at your MC/DO - ours are and were at Christmas. I also suspect that they are unaware of the impact of AWR and are still treating breaks in the same way as they did prior to qualifying for AWR rights after 12 weeks. They dont seem too aware of AWR at the MC I work at. Try asking one of your managers about AWR and see what response it gets.Richard1971 wrote:Well I do have a little bit of good news amongst all these Angard pay problems.
Although I have not heard off them directly yet , I just had my payslip today for last weeks shifts and its at 9.40 an hour instead of my usual 6.58 , so it appears they have taken the 12 week thing into account even though its a few weeks later than it should have been.
Still unpaid breaks though and it looks like no night shift allowance either so I will ring them early next week just to see if its right or of I am owed more.
