Hi, i have been working as a christmas casual since dec. I applied for a postman job and i pass d assesment, I have been invited for interview on monday,

can anyone help & explain what d process is like, what should i expect? what questions will they ask me? and if i will do d assessment again.

1st bit of advice ...learn to use the word "the" instead of "d" to make sure people can understand you

Questions would be similar to...
1. Have you ever been in a position of trust by someone giving you something to look after?
2. Give an example of when you worked as part of a team.
3. Give an example of when you had to work on your own initiative.
4. How would you deal with an customer who is not happy with the service they have received?
5. How do you keep yourself fit?
6. Give an example of when you worked to a deadline.
7. Have you ever done a repetitive job before and what did you do to make it easier?
so it's all about integrity, honesty, responsibility, asking your manager if you're not sure and referring things up if necesary and conscientiousness, like doing that bit extra when necessary
Search for 'interview' in the various forums for threads on the subject, search individual forums as you'll get thousands of Angard posts otherwise which are of no use to you.

Good luck.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
