Sorry but some of your colleagues must be ridiculously short then...(no offence) but people in my DO - shortest i've seen is like 5'3/4 ... If they do make shorter but longer frames i would struggle - at 6 foot my back hurts when sequencing the bottom mail and i'm 18 LOL! not many of us sit down so you see the point we just all bend down (sounded wrong )and stretch for the lower sections.

i agree with you i am 6 foot 3 inch tall and i find the sorting the bottom row hurts my back lets make individual frames sure royal mail wont mind and also i am left hand can i get a left handed frame too

It could be possible to make left handed frames as there was talk a few years ago of making the frames interchangeable. Even now they could do it if people wanted them, however not sure if RM would build 5 minutes into a duty for taking off the frame labels and putting left handed ones on.
