Re: pay for parcelforce multidrop drivers
Hi,
I you need more info on pay rates etc post a reply and I will post a link for inranet with all the rates, also remember you are on a recruitment rate for the first year, but if after six months you are not under any stage of the attendance procedure or conduct code you will recieve the full rate from then on, just keep a note of your start date to make sure. Or if you are in the union, see your rep they should have all the info you need.

Re: pay for parcelforce multidrop drivers
Hi,
Here is the link, just copy and paste on the intranet on any computer in the depot and it will take you to the correct page:
http://iplatform.intranet.point/rmg/Ser ... des.htm#a1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The only thing it dosen't show is the £50.75 per month you get which was part of last years pay deal. This was the conversion of part of the right first time bonus scheme into non pensionable pay.
This will be shown on your pay slip as Parcelforce addition to pay.
Just remember all your allowances and overtime are paid in blocks of four or five weeks depending on the month, you can find the cut off and pay dates on the intranet as well.
Regards
Kev
