Warrington hit target of 81% two week ago . Many near misses of 80.3% 80.2% etc over several months. To many tie ins with the MPU's and a lot of enablers in the MC to adhere to. Got used to one disappointment after another week after week. Now the hard part of sorting the 1 hour weekly deduction. Hope that doesn't take as long.

just out of interest how did you take the 30min reduction until you reached 2nd target?
we were banking it for lieu leave until it was the opinion we were accumulating too much so our rep agreed a half hour redution on our working week.
would have been nice of them to ask us our opinion.

We didn't get option of banking or booking the time. Shift reps agreed the times some shifts started 30min later on Mondays some finished 15min early on a couple of days. The Monday reduction was in hindsight a slip up by the reps as on Mon bank hols the time was not given back later in the week. It was done as a quick fix though as we where not expecting to wait another 12 months to reach stage 2 .

Bet you was fed the same line as we were "it usually takes about six weeks from the first trigger point"
12months + and we are still waiting.

Well we finally did it!
Last week we reached our 79% ws target with a massive 79.46%

Just one problem when it went for verification it came back with a few discrepencies and we actually only managed
78.98% against a target of 79.11% :left:

unbelievable and as for where the new .11% came from nobody knows.

You have to laugh
