I was a bit slow realising who you were on about earlier and just twigged that we have got one of the brothers down here in Stoke, he applied to come to Burslem with us but they wouldn't allow it on the basis that it was another militant in an already militant office and could be a problem:crazy:   pity really but he does come up and attend quite a few of the Burslem meetings and piss ups. :Applause :Applause
I'll mention to him that he has a Spurs fan sticking up for him eh TOMMO I'm sure he'll appreciate
that :hmmmm :hmmmm :d'oh! :d'oh!

L Tommo things may be different where you work. But in Burslem managers have been found guilty of harassing workers, nothing is done. Royal Mail encourages managers to bully and harass workers. When we proved this to Royal Mail all that happend, was that the managers got moved to another office. We all got written apologies from Royal Mail. Equality in the workplace bullshit!!

I had some very sad news this morning, big Dave has lost his appeal. Lets face it yet again Royal Mail will use your money at the I.T. Only to loose the case because they do not have one to begin with. Then Royal Mail will ask for more budget cuts in your offices. When will this end!!! I personally would like to see a legislation bought in by the govenment to take action on the managers who make these unlawful decisions. Chin Up BIG D T Shirts on WAY !!!!!!

CWU lets see a legislation bought in to prosecute managers who make unlawful decisions, with no evidence!! Costing tax payers money at the I.T.

How on earth can the Royal Mail managers involved in this case sleep at night. Big Dave can look his wife, family and friends square in the eyes with pride and dignity. NOT ONE of the managers will ever be able to do that.
I can just imagine these managers sitting down to tea with their family and saying
'Hows your day gone kids?' the reply comes
'Great dad how about you?'
'Fine' says the manager 'Today I put a man in his 60's out of work, really proud Iam'
The kids look at one another and think 'There goes dad again. I pray to God I don't grow up like him'
On the conterary Big Dave's children are so proud of their dad.
I hope there is legislation in place to name and shame these people after the Tribunal. Then their family, friends and neighbours can see what sort of people they mix with.
DAVE YOU ARE A GEM. ANYONE WHO KNOWS YOU WILL SAY THE SAME.DON'T LET THIS FOOLISH DECISION GET YOU DOWN.YOU ARE INNOCENT, YOU KNOW IT, WE KNOW IT AND ROYAL MAIL KNOW IT

Terrible news, hopefully the independant guys will see it as it really is.
What a bunch of c***s,to those scumbags involved.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
