I think you missed my point. RM have lost quick a few cases regarding their sickness procedures.

How can atos healthcare give an accurate report when they don't see the person in question , I've taken my own gp sick notes in and they seem to have been discarded over atos who have never seen me but have had a telephone conversation with them , r they neutral or do they work for rm . Because surely they will be more biased towards rm

I think you missed my point. RM have lost quick a few cases regarding their sickness procedures.

Of course they have lost many ETs due to bad Management and bad practises . But if they have followed the Procudure correctly it is very hard .

The ET is independant unlike RM, even if RM follow their own sick procedures it does not automatically mean that an ET panel will not award against them.

Some RM staff on here have said ATOS have been fine with them, but alot have said they have not.

I'm printing off copies of this for my GP and Consultant. All the GPs at my surgery have a very low opinion of RM management, probably why they keep telling me to find another job.

Which isn't easy, when you've got long term health issues. Unless of course you're covered by the Equalities Act (replacement for the DDA), and even then, they sometimes try to get around that.

No he didn't...he spoke to you like he was an idiot,he's just too thick to realise it.
