No, but they have finally paid me for the shift that was missing, when they paid me all owed money 2 weeks ago.

I've been advised that mine is being posted out this week?! not holding my breath though!
the tax office sent me a notice of coding thinking i still worked for Angard and i received the AWR letter also assuming that i'm still working for Angard.

I was finally paid all at the end of January so i don't know what they're waiting for?

I got my P45 today, leaving date is apparently 3/2/12 which is amazing as I finished before Christmas Eve.

Speaks volumes.

Haven't got mine, but when we directly employed by RM in the past, the date of leaving was the friday of the week that holiday pay was paid. This often caused problems for people signing on, so they then had some "agreement" with Jobcentreplus, so that this didn't mean that claimants were delayed getting money because of this. I clearly remember that the leaving letter had a paragraph about this. This year however, I got my holiday pay, before they had completely paid me up to date. Even though I stated that I didn't want holiday pay until I was paid up to date. But then that's Angreed for you.

I got my P45 today, it says "I asked for it", which I didn't. I asked to be paid at the hourly rate I agreed to.

Do I need to wait until April to reclaim the tax? I suppose there is every possibility that I could find a job that would pay me £5k in the 7 weeks before April 1st...

hello Motherwell18.... well i hope that mine is waiting for me at the sorting office... anyway, i believe the P45 ruling is is that IF you expect to be out of work for 4 weeks, then you can send your P45 to the tax office for a refund of tax. Although, with it being so close to the new tax year, they might make you wait until the new tax year - they could be dealing with all the tax returns that had to be in by January 31st.

I did friday ( 10th feb) I have
been sent 2 statements both are wrong. Holiday pay taken away even though i have e-mailed them with the correct hours twice and sent a letter to the bigwigs (so called).
Also was asked to work friday and sat in which i did !!
Also working tomorrow
