Just checked my online banking and it seems RM wages are now paid by UK EXCL CM AND W and not Royal Mail?
Anyone else checked theirs yet.....................

RM group plc wages credit changed....
Can anyone enlighten me on this please??
My wages credit has always shown up on my bank statement as being paid in by..... RM GROUP PLC 253
I have noticed on my online bank account statement tonight that since the new payslips yesterday, the wages credit was paid in by.... UK EXCL CM AND W
Now am I just being suspicious or is there something more to this pay number change than meets the eye???

Anyone got anything new on this?? If we're not payed by RM but someone else, either RM are paying someone to pay us, which is going to cost, or someone has bought RM on the sly and we're not being told...

No Stink - Royal Mail has just not completed an Optional BACs component - we are still being paid by them just that the mask used to be "RMC Group PLC" which hid what appears now on the new payroll system.The Wolf wrote:Anyone got anything new on this?? I'd have thought it was the same BACs ID as before, odd that it changed about the same time that the payslips went weird as well, anyone else had fun trying to pull the strip after you've taken the sides off or is it just me with fat fingers??
Call me cynical (most do) but as far as the management go, I wouldn't believe them if they told me the sun was going to rise in the morning. I've had too many dealings with them. The originating payment ID should still show on your bank statement. Without an identifier, it used to say BANK TRANSFER.

My pay number was changed this week, after I had put my old one on the 552's, so probably won't get paid my overtime.
What a cunning sneaky trick by RM. We work in a communications industry yet they fail to tell us about not only this but that our wages are now paid in by this UK EXCEL C and W who ever they are?
Obviously a private firm in readiness for privatising us.

i have been asking about this for several weeks in our office, why does no one have an explanation, also noticed that the door to door payment which used to be one payment, has now been split into two, does that mean another pay cut waiting to happen???????
