Chaos at Hemel in Evening
Queuing for 20 minutes outside 7.15pm just to get into the site and then having to wait in the yard to get on a dock and then can't unload because the inside is so full of yorks. Finished 25 minutes later than i should. What a joke

Re: Chaos at Hemel in Evening
Sorry to post in this area - know I'm not really supposed to..
But I noticed today that the mail that is usually scanned at around 8-8:30pm was scanned at about 9:15pm which was what we were experiencing at the xmas peak time.. Our local MC is Doncaster, might be a busy period for RM at the moment?
Just thought I'd say, would be interesting to see if this is a universal problem.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Except Priority Bags for SG, CB and IP turning up at Peterborough this morning!!!
And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

Muggins here got asked to take them to the offices at 4am, but I only went to CB and SG as somebody from Ipswich drove to CB to pick their bag up!!!shipmaster122 wrote:Ouch, what did you do?
