Still getting paid 1p a week, despite still working there

Post by massdebate121 »

I got a debt letter from AnTARD stating that I owe them £220. A former workmate calculated my hours, tax etc, and worked out that actually they owe ME £50. I still work a few shifts a week for them but I only get paid 1p a week. Legally can they do this? Stupid question, I know...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

True. But it appears that they are taking all of my money (apart from the infamous 1p!) to clear the 'debt' the last payslip said that I owed them £110

hey massdebate121, they did the same to me in December.

In a previous thread, intelligentsia put a post that is the best way to get your situation sorted out.

Send an email to the below, upon receipt, i'd like to think one of the below will contact you quickly to personally deal with the issues that you are having. information originally supplied by intelligentsia, to whom i'm extremely grateful!

An efficient, effective way of communicating with Angard Staffing Solutions and bypassing all the useless frustrating calls to 0845.... etc is to:

John Duncan, Group HR Director - john.duncan@royalmail.com and
