Ok tell me which member I've been rude to? and I'll apologise. I've had no one else say anything about my attitude, no members of this site(apart from you) and no moderators have warned me.MinisterofCucumber wrote:As an individual, I don't mind you being as rude as you like to me but you shouldn't be that rude to members, sweetheart.

My thinking is that smilies like coffee cupping and whistling imply communitarian repression whereas the straightforward emoticons like "f**k off" are egalitarian.

MOC,go back to the 3rd page and start again after your 1st post in it.
You seriously seem to have the wrong end of the stick mate.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: UNION 'FORCES OUT' POSTMAN
No, I won't.
The post has moved on.
I highlighted that a union rep helped management make unlawful deductions from wages and some union wallahs came on and disrespected me (and all the other ordinary union members). If the 'collaborator" rep is not dealt with fairly, I will involve the Health and Safety Executive and the House of Lords (in other matters if necessary).
We want our execution.
We want the rest of RMG to know that if someone can't do the job, they won't be made union rep and be beholdent to management.

To try to associate my comments with someone who is (genuinely or manufactured) looney?
Can't you argue any of the points?
Something is definitely rotten in the state of Denmark.

I don't have any defence............you're the one seeing conspiracies in places they aren't there. But then I heard that the lizards mess with your mind and make you do thingsMinisterofCucumber wrote:Is that your only defence?DGP1 wrote:FFS have the lizards taken over here too

Re: UNION 'FORCES OUT' POSTMAN
I did a quick search of the word "sweetheart" and you have never used it to describe men before. Not on Royalmailchat anyway.MinisterofCucumber wrote:I'm not, I call men "sweetheart" as well.
Clearly you used it in a pejorative way when you addressed Stormproof.
You have seriously undermined your own credibility tonight.
Shame.

more rubbish..
he never said where he used the word.i took it to mean in everyday life.i think the person who suggested it was sexist is infact jumping on that to score a point .since when did sweetheart become a sexiest term..if he said it to a male you would not bat an eye.
getting more and more delussioned with the regulars on thi site..pathetic bully boys/girls(just for the knit pickers)which includes the moderator ,so not my cup of tea..so much useful information but so many.............

Re: UNION 'FORCES OUT' POSTMAN
MOC is in a strop because he can't run as an area rep and so can't understand why people aren't as angry as he is about it, SP used smilies in a post and he took umbrage at that and it all took off from there.TeeferTiger wrote:What's the hell's happened to this thread?! Last time I saw it there was something about someone's ancestor being in Ide, next there's accusations of sexism, mockery and poor manners (although I'm not quite sure where the last 2 came from....)
As for MD he's been most active on this thread since it's gone off topic (11 post since he joined) so he's either someones alter ego or just someone who likes to stick his nose in when he sees an argument in the hope he'll get some enjoyment out of it.
