Does this new relationship include dealing with them bullying managers in the same way that they deal with a member who is guilty of such an act.

A new DEAL eh :hmmmm

With a bit of luck Park'n Loop will be dropped.

Surely both sides can see it is a complete waste of time.

The posties HATE it,
The PUBLIC hate it,
and although RM don't care about either of those two groups, they're NOT seeing the savings that they were promised by the upper management planners who sold the idea to the Top of RM.

Maybe its time to have a change of direction.....A NEW IDEA....

How about delivering the mail early in the morning , on "green" transport, maybe having a IP cut-off point where-by anything thats not ready to be delivered by say 07.00 was then delivered a bit later, you could call it a "second delivery". That way RM's QoS figures would hit 99.9% for 1st & 2nd Class mail. You could even have a train to transport the mail, get this, and SORT it at the same time. :dance :dance And in London you could have an underground mail train to avoid the overground traffic ! and the congestion charge too.

Of course all this would take careful planning, CWU negotiators would have to make RM management think that it was all their own idea so that Moya could take all the glory ( and the £££ bonus ) for revieving / modernising RM before she too looks for pastures new.

why would we want a replacement for colleague shares when they reneaged on on the colleague shares .... they can stick it up their arse along with the savings they want to go along with it

Don't shoot the messenger !

people in this country would just be happy with just a first class service which they are not recieving in many places at no fault to the postmen unrealistic workloads and staff shortages are to blame
