hello, it has been 5 weeks since i finished at Stevenage mc, i am still owed just over £550 with out tax, i have been told by my old man that i am entitled to claim 1% over the bank of england base rate, for ever week that i am unpaid, is this correct? and also can i just go to small claims or do it have to do a ET1?
i have emailed Moya Greene and she has passed me onto one of her collegues and she has apparently worked on angard and have got them sorted, but tonight i only got paid £127 ish, it is really starting to agrovate me i have missed 2 months worth of rent due to this,
