Holiday Lists
Hi - my holiday list is based on seniority which, if I understand correctly, isn't how it should be? I didn't get any holiday with my kids at all last year, and only October half term this year. I'm 13th on a list of 15. We put all our weeks in at once, and then are told what we can have, if anything. Wouldn't it be fairer if everyone picked 2 weeks first time round, then a week, then another week?

acas informed me /us that seniority system is possable illegal as those who are senior will more than likely be older,ie age discrimination..
we now have the same but the top three get moved to the bottom each year.the old guard were not very happy about that one..
