Never - it sounds like the old Share in Success and that finished around 2007/2008 IIRC.

If you mean colleagueshares - the last value by Moya was "they are essentially worthless"

Apart from Christmas there are no "Annual" or recurring bonus payments beyond the 2 payments under the BT2010 deal totalling £1,000.

Addendum:

Unless your a member of CMA(unite) allegedly.

Don't you remember 50:50 teebs.
Went south in 2009 as part of P&M2007 that did.
We got screwed with some dodgy "Scottish" accounting...ended up with less than a quid. :left:

Final 50:50 payouts
Assistant secretary Martin Collins has advised members that the final payments of the 50:50 Efficiency
Scheme, which ceased in April as part of the nationally agreed 2007 Pay and Modernisation Agreement,
were due to have been made with May 22 wage payments. The monies, where due, are in respect
of the period from the “last quarter October 2008 to April 2009 for all units that achieved savings over
and above their financial budget,”
Martin explained, adding: “The details of the individual payments to the members in each of the
offices/units that have qualified should be communicated and displayed locally
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

We got precisely FA for that deal and FA for the colleagueshare scheme BOTH I might add administered by the very guys who were supposed to be shelling out - one "No savings were made" and the other "Yes, we're worth nothing now".
