I have managed to get through to Angard, first call this morning, better than yesterday when I was calling all day and nothing.
Anyway - They have noted my problem on the system and it will be passed on to payroll and I should get a phone call at the end of the week. This sounds very familiar, it was told that the last severval times I rang.
They claim that the investigation is still on going with my missing hours, and the net payment deduction-
Angard: "Have you received a voucher or cash payment?"
Me thinking: for the up teenth time NO!!!!!!!!!!!
My Answer: "NO"
Angard: "well then I am sorry that the deduction has been taken, I will amke another note on the system and the deduction will be credited. Once again I can only appolgise for the mistake, and will pass it on to payroll, they should be in touch at the end of the week, either by phone or email"
Me: "I was promised at call or email the last time I rang and nothing"
Angard: "Well all I can say is that the investigation is still ongoing and once it has been resolved then they will contact you."
Angard: "Thank you for calling, bye"
Then hung up.
If I do not hear anything by the end of the week I will speak to the CAB about completing a ET1 form and what the next step is for me getting my money.

Re: Contact Made / conversation with Angard
It would appear that the payroll managers are "too busy sorting the problem out" to be able to speak to callers. For the third time I have given my details, plus two e-mails which have been ignored. Just have to wait and see what develops.
If it takes this long to sort out problems from Christmas, what hope for full time workers?

Re: Contact Made / conversation with Angard
Well I am in my 11th week of working for AnGREED and still awaiting "corrections" from my 2nd week. I am also in the 17th week of working with Royal Mail since AWR came into force and I am still awaiting information of the additional rights I should get after the 12th week. These rights were implied by Royal Mail in a letter to the CWU mid December 2011.Badsworth wrote:It would appear that the payroll managers are "too busy sorting the problem out" to be able to speak to callers. Re: Contact Made / conversation with Angard
Badsworth and m.l.matthews - as said in other threads, don't wait. complete the ET1. i waited and i've had contact myself today from someone who says my situation will be sorted out tomorrow - not holding my breath mind. will advise tomorrow.
My personal opinion is if you complete the ET1 form and advise them (Angard) of the number by email - they may realise that you are actually serious and then deal with you... note how our 'celebrity' in the Guardian is getting his situation sorted out...
good luck!
