I attend romec. well we can't call it work can we !! and have joined to give myself the bigger picture of what is really going on out there!!
1. Trackers costing £28- per week just fitted and no signs of a pay deal in the near future.
2. The lowest moral I have ever seen right across the board.
3. Management telling all we are just breaking evens
