When will the penny drop?

Post by buggerlugs »

When will the dimwits who run RM realise that ripping out hours and getting ALL staff to cram even more work into the 8hours a day will not bring savings. The use of computer programmes decide what is removed. This is done with the idea that men are machines, coming from obviously a person who was once employed in the engineering industry. The crazy reasons why certain bits of kit are bought and then discarded bother me. The levels of management, why so many directors at thousands of pounds a year. The best ideas come from the shop floor, not the gleaming towers where Moya and Co live.
They make me sick. Some of the union officials who take thousands a year are in the same category and bring nothing to the table. The whole damn business is finished as we know it, will it survive, probably not, but who cares, the ones at the top and middle tables don`t give a s*** so why should we!

That's why we have "Have Your Say" Surveys.

Oh, all right, even I couldn't keep a straight face when I wrote that. :chuckle

Our DO hasn't had one of these surveys for at least 12 months, didn't know they still existed. Would love to have one as our dim has turned into a bully.
