If she is that worried about opening the door, why no peephole?
Anybody can say they are anybody, a burgular could say "its the postman" and she sounds like she would then open the door? Very naive.
Filming without consent of the postman and Royal Mail? The clip will have no use as evidence for any legal case.
Worst bit is why is the postie then giving her mail in the street and why did he hang around to listen to her abuse for so long? As long as she had her minute to answer the door, 739 and back to the depot it goes, end of...

What a complete arse! Maybe he couldn't hear her through the door, maybe she couldn't hear him through the door. I certainly wouldn't have given her the parcel, I would have asked her for ID while she stood there in her pyjamas! Stooooooooooopid woman!

Even asking for ID is not acceptable mazza, the rules state no handing out of mail in the street under any circumstances..... She would have had a trip to the office to make her complaint and collect the parcel if it would have been me :whistle :whistle

Is this in the car that she drove with mobile phone in hand with the iced up windscreen?
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

The woman had a right to ask who who had knocked on her door and the postman should have responded.

If he didn't respond or she didn't hear him then she should have gone to look out of the window, (the uniform and bag tend to be a better indicator of intent than simply a voice saying postman).

If the postman left the delivery point without delivering the packet, he should have completed a P739. The woman could not have taken the package off him anywhere without exchanging it for that P739.

So did he complete a P739 and hand over the packet in the street without it's return or did he simply walk away from the delivery point without completing a P739 and thus withholding the mail!

A simple knock at the door and no reply is not enough to force her to look out of her window. But walking away is enough to force a vulnerable woman wearing pajamas to leave a three year old unattended and confront a man in the street.

I think she just likes the sound of her own voice...it wouldnt be so bad if she actually had something intelligent to say. Think she should be confronted about filming him without his permission :mad

If you play over the first couple of seconds and watch the top right hand side of the screen (outside the car window) you'll see the houses moving she's quite clearly driving the car while using a mobile phone, which last time i checked is illegal.
Someone needs a reporting to the police and points on their license plus a fine me thinks.

On a side note: If someone came after me and jammed a phone in my face then started recording, i'd just calmly pull my phone out my pocket and start recording them as well.
