Ive been working with Royal Mail during the christmas period and a couple of weeks after. It has been 2 weeks and I havent recieved my pay! I checked my account and have recieved 1p for the 20th, 13th and 11th of Jan. This is really taking the piss! Everyone in the same situation as me should be entitled to bonus pay for the delay and mishandle of the payments!!
I spoke to one of the angard people and they asked if i had recieved a voucher in the past I said yes and they told me that they have to wait for the voucher to be paid off before I recieve my money!? I am pretty confused with this

It's all in a mess,and i don't think they know what they are talking about,2 things...
1:If you earnt more than the value of the voucher then they 'should' pay you the difference.
2:If you earn't less than the voucher amount then you will owe them money.
