not been paid for my third and final week been phoning up constantly and being told it will be in before the 11th, then switched to the 13th. just off the phone with them there and they informed me they didn't have me down on the sheet as working for that third week so thats why i havent been paid. RM/angard at its finest.

maybe try contacting who you worked for to see if they remember you working?

Thanks for the suggestions unfortunately the outhouse is no longer there.
Luckily I have the number of one of the guys I worked with but it means I would have to persuade him to sign a declaration (or turn up at the ET!).
I guess they have lost the sheets (or never received them) - what a shambles.

They legally have to keep the time sheets. Contact the guy you worked for and ask for a copy - he should know where it is. If they cant find it you can go through Data Protection and request all data that RM have about you. This has to include the time sheets as that is data about you.

i gave them my e-mail address and was told they will be looking into it with the royal mail. getting annoyed now its going on a month and im still waiting for this pay.
