An email from my local MP (Devon & Cornwall)
------------------------------------------------------
Dear Mr Dalais,
Just to let you know, Alison has written to the Chief Executive of Royal Mail and also send a copy to the Minister for Postal Affairs. If any of your colleagues are still experiencing problems, I would certainly encourage them to contact their MPs.
We will be in touch again as soon as we have a reply. I you hear anything in the meantime, let me know.
Kind regards,
Simone James
Assistant to Alison Seabeck MP

Re: Contact your local MP
Don't get too excited my partner wrote to Minister of Postal Affairs in December. Took about three weeks to get a reply and then it came from his office. Basically saying nothing he could do about it, as it wasn't his responsibility. Also wrote to David Cameron whose department passed on letter to relevant department B.I.S. and guess what reply came back saying you have contacted Minister of Postal Affairs and we would refer you to his reply!!! Did get some help from Chief Exec's office, got a contact in Reed from them but after answering one e mail, they never bothered getting back regarding my queries on my short payments of both hours and rate of pay. I wish you the best of luck.

Re: Contact your local MP
My son worked over xmas and had all the problems others have had but we contacted our local mp Connor Burns and within a week he had all the money he was owed! So if you have a good mp they can make a difference! Oh and surprisingly enough Connor Burns is a Conservative! :ncfo
