is royal mail preparing us for when door to door payments are not going to be paid anymore..

this is the 4th week a lot posties havent been paid for their door to doors.the whole of our office has not been paid.

the thing is if we refuse to take them on the basis that we havent been paid,then its willful delay which will be suspension,..
what do you do when you dont get paid and if you refuse to take them because you aint getting paid they threating you with willful delay..

it really is getting bad,these managers are bang out of order...they are forcing posties to retaliate,then theyve got you by the nut sack..me and everybody else is thinking about refusing to take any more door to doors out until we get paid,but the minute that we do that,then its suspension.another way to get you out the door..

Just contact wages yourself and quote what he said, they will look into it, sounds like he is being lazier than normal.

should be some sort of rule on this. if you don't get paid for 2 weeks then you don't take them until payment is received.

Just refuse to do anymore untill you get paid what you are owed. You are not a slave working for nothing. Let them start a willfull delay case what they going to do conduct code the lot of you? It take a single person sometimes to make a stand. Remember that poor sod in China climbing that tank several years back. If he can stand up to the might of the china army them you can stand up to some jumped up small time manager. REMEMBER WE ARE THE UNION. Never never let them get to you. Are the local dom's told to treat us like this?? it seems to be the same thing all over... its not on...and how can they sack you if your off with stress because of them ( in another thread on here),..

tell that to the managers...door to doors are compulsary,you have to deliver them if you dont then its willful delay,in thier eyes regardless of whether youve been paid or not.although if there is no payment next week then it will be the whole office i expect who will be getting done for willful delay.
