Re: National talks update:Endorsed by the PEC
You could say my D.O has so far not engaged in BT2010 in any meaningful way, but that's due to RML scheduling us in for delivery methods/walk sequencing revision towards the end of the original 3 year master plan and only a minor table top revision for the non sequenced mail revision took place. RML have now brought the revision planning forward to the start of the new financial year.

Re: National talks update:Endorsed by the PEC
EP has been a bone of contention in D.O.'s for as long as i can remember, unfortunately most of the problems are self-inflicted.
It has been artificially boosted by starting early and skipping meal relief for so long now that the business actually believes that the figures are a realistic target.A perfect example of this was the fact that our EP on a Saturday was always at least 10 points higher than any other day of the week, simply because everyone started early and missed their break on a Saturday in order to get finished as early as possible.not only that but a great deal of offices are so far "in debt" with their EP that Doms are terrified of admitting the true scale of the problem for fear of losing their position...some offices are apparently running well above 100BSI.
cant wait for ours. we are running at 110 bsi ( early starters, etc) and they want to set our ep at 120 bsi to give us a bit of a target to aim for lol be warned.

Exceptionally fast; requires intense effort and concentration and is is unlikely to be kept up for long periods; a "virtuoso" performance only achieved by a few outstanding workers.
Should be a breeze !!! Gibson would be proud and Moya would get a bigger bonus.
