I've still not been paid, nothing, so much for 11 th and so much for 13th and to top it off just checked and still nothing! FFS!!! How hard is it! I agreed fraud on a large scale! Lies deceit and with holding whats rightfully mine! Xxx

was just on look east only for 20 seconds but was good enough to get a point accross.the royal mail and angard should be taken to the cleaners and sued for all their worth with the trouble they are still causing staff over xmas.aparently people are being sent letters saying they owe angard money! what a joke for all the stress angard/royal mail have caused people.thanks to the bbc for highlighting our continuing problems with the shambolic royal mail and angard i cant see this situation for all staff ever being sorted out properly.

Dont bite the hand, most got paid and most got overpaid via vouchers cash and advances, if your paying 180.000 staff are you not going to get a problem get in the real world its not as if RM are gonna do a runner is it !! Id absolutley expect a company that is paying 18,000 to make mistakes - about 360 would be a reasonable figure, not 30 times that (or more!)

Mistakes?! I have worked as a casual for years & I've not had any problems until this shower took over. If there was a problem it was sorted out the next week. Somebody has gone soft.... problems are to be expected with over 18000 people. ****off!

I said 2% mistakes were reasonable but think it's a least 60% . When I spoke to someone at Angard on the phone in mid December (after waiting for ages and then speaking to an idiot first time around) the second person, who seemed sensible, let slip they were aware of problems with 8,000 payments at that time. Wish I had recorded it!

i agree BUT there are lots of companies out there paying staff of over 18000 on a regular basis take the Royal Mail - they manage to pay their staff on time without error and they must have more than 18000 staff so it's just excuses.
Angard just don't care. Before you say it Verges - Angard is Royal Mail!
