0.5 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year less than 22
1.0 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year is 22 or above, but less than 41
1.5 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year is 41+
and multiplied by 3.75.

She's only 29 so 18-22 are only worth 2 years so....it's 9X3.75

While we are on this subject,can you work out Fish how many weeks VR entitlement for Age 53, Full time with 24 years service after you have had a drink :cuppa

If you started at 29 and are 53 you have 12 years service at 1 week per year and 12 years at 1.5 weeks per year.

12+18 times 3.75 = 112.5 weeks.

All of your service is between 22 and 41 so it's 16 times 3.75=60 weeks.
Those years after 41 make a big difference so you might want to hold off.
That's if we still have MTSF. :nervous
And if you want to know the difference between MTSF terms and statutory redundancy just don't bother multiplying it by 3.75. :whistle
