L tommo, how can they sack you for being off with stress?? and bullying... no way ... in my office we have had about 4 people off on stress, 1 guy was off for 7 months and one 3 months and the other is still off for just over a month. No way is that rite!!!

rm claim that only about 40% of stages are issued, total b******s. in our office it's 100%. they are never interested in any mitigating circumstances

Mads mate you go and see the So called DR i saw up the mount and you will see why!!!!

Ive got my medical and legal team behind me just waiting to see how RM act in the Appeal to my job... Got everything looking ok

Its a joke and if i had a few days i could tell you all the facts.. Its been 3 years from the time it went on first.... Ive been off a year now....

Im stressed no shite!!! ahh well 3 years or done for murder.. I know which i would be done for?>?>?>?

Well,well Tommo you fitted up and off with stress. Welcome to the club matey. Fitted up on a bullying charge myself. Selective interviewing of witnesses, evidence dismissed and the findings of the "investigation" carefully massaged to almost fit the charges.

Then surprise,surprise I'm on a gross misconduct subject to dismissal. I'm looking to get them thru the union but I'm prepared to do it myself. These bastards ain't gonna get away with it

Leyton mate.. Its like looking in the mirror.. But im conciderblely more hansom...

But our cases just as you put em could of been the same... It goes to show that RM and the screws have a system of how they act with us a premeditated act... In my opinion.... If we both stood up on our own merits of each case and a REAL Judge and jury looked at both cases it would be frightning... CASES Niegh on the same, same outcome, both out of a job.... end product.... RM action again... How can the union keep on NOT backing cases as i know and i bet you do to???? I was told that its a very hard case to win so It wouldnt stand with Simpleton n mullered!! I have all my notes history and facts that a REAL LEGAL BRIEF LOOKED AT FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN TOLD ME "HE WOULD TAKE MY CASE ON NOW..." NO DOUBTS NO SHIRKING JUST Yes i will and you have a very good case that now he has urged me to pressure the union which im doing... (I HOPE THE PEOPLE WHO GOSSIP AND TALK ABOUT MY POSTS ON HERE, AND I KNOW WHO SOME OF YOU ARE, HOPE YOUR READING THIS..... My experience is all stages are issued , on distibution the Shift manager's got his "system" to protect and if he toes RM's line it keeps Area and Senior Mgt off his back , survivial skills in a Institution ,there's a few blue and white shirts that should be in one and never let out !.A dumb culture that's easy to play . They are only interested in mitigating/medical/DDA if someone's considered to be a loose canon and could cause RM problems in the real world . In that case they'd want him/her through the door anyhow. RM have always been secretive/territorial and defensive long before :lfo & :cfo , just the worst of the old & new cultures now,.
Two sets of rules for thier "management team" though as it's embrassing and they'd have to admitt to a problem, RM don't do responsibility.
We've had some "interesting " cases , the David Brent style motivational manager off with depression, the tablets were not working , this colourful character turned up in a line-dancing outfit with a Rhinestone Shirt for his "welfare" interview . Maybe the caring ATOS Origin suggested all this as therapy ? . Christ !,he was the butt of jokes looking like Roy Rodgers .Terrible timing having "flu" when your'e moving house or getting stung by the same horse fly at the same time every year and being off .
Another was asked to "resign " after being caught by the IB pinching coins that had fallen from the mail in the CFC Drum , always was "ill" when due in front of the magistrates !
Another "circumferentially challenged " mech manager was waiting for his mail-order bride and his house to be built for Â£36K in Thailand .A ex CWU H&S rep was made up to the writing room manager then failed the RM test and was replaced by someone continually quoting the Way Backward Agreement went "mysteriously " sick.They are careful who they pick a fight with , one familly who took turns to go sick and have property portfolios father took RM to court and won. One has been on light duties for tonsillitious and wisdom tooth removal . Can't go upsetting all those toy-town liberals and losing :lfo brownie points eh!
