I found this out today. Sorry if it has already been stated in other threads.

Your contract with Angard is for 50 weeks (stated in section 3.1 of the contract). I hadn't noticed this either.
I have been told that to receive your accrued holiday hours/pay then you must give 1 weeks notice that you want to terminate your contract with Angard. If not then you will receive your entitled holiday pay after the 50 weeks.

Why 50 weeks ?
If you don't terminate your contract then you will stay on Angards 'books' for the 50 weeks and if any suitable work arises then they will contact you, so I was told.

It's important to note that this also affects your P45. You will receive your P45 from Angard after the 50 weeks (!!) or after you terminate the Angard contract.

Hope this helps or at least clears any confusion. Probably adds to the confusion to be honest !!

I emailed for my hol pay last week was owed 11.5 hours it was deducted and I received a penny! Was told once all money is paid you just request your p.45 and its sent didn't know about the 50 week thing will have to look at the contract !

Same here, 2 shifts at 6.58 one at 7.58 (Bank Holiday) holiday pay 24.32 total payment 179.87, deductions tax 19.6 NI 4.9 and wouldn't you know it our old friend Net Deduction 155.16 leaving me a total payment to the bank of 0.01 pence. This is the 3rd supposed payment since Xmas, 30 December nothing in the bank at all, 6 Jan 0.01p, 11 Jan 0.01p. Net income for 3 weeks work 0.02 pence.

19 night shifts amounted to £24.32 in holiday pay, before tax! There is something screwy about their calculations.

We will be discussing this in detail in the Employment Tribunal in just under a month!

It depends on what contract each Angardie has. Some are Christmas Casuals - they should get their P45 at the end of their contract or when they finish. Others are Angard Flexible Resource Casuals - these are the ones that are on a 50 week contract and they are the ones who have to wait till the end of 50 weeks.

Got my holiday pay yesterday 11/10... havent had a problem with pay - Hatfield- I must admit, feel sorry for you guys, not got p45 yet though x

Received an e-mail from Angard today. Got all holiday pay last Friday 6th January. Didn't fill out any forms - just e-mailed them and stated I would like to be paid in full and then my P45.
Get this. All P45s will be dealt with next Tuesday - this is the day they get done for all. That was what I was advised today.
Obviously, those who have not been paid will be alarmed by this but I would not have kept working as some have done just with the promise that it would be sorted out and that day never arrives. Those who have finished have a problem. They have no real bargaining power. The work has been done and they have served their purpose. I really can't believe any agency still has to receive correct information on the number of hours worked and bank details. They have the information but are probably completely understaffed to deal with sorting it all out correctly. It may have to be the legal way for some. It may produce a response. Most of the comments I have read on here indicate that the agency has been playing for time all along - stringing the casuals out.
Anybody fancy returning again next year? Even if it is another agency or RM direct? It won't be Angard - I am sure sure of that! They have been kicked far too hard to bounce back from this one!!

I wouldn't bet on it! Don't forget, every statement from the RM has indicated "...only a small minority of our Christmas Casuals have been paid incorrectly..." (or words to that effect). They will not want to admit otherwise and dropping/re-branding Angard will do just that. I believe that Angard are here to stay!
