Yes I got another penny from Angard.
36.59 off for more "net deduction".
9.00 income tax.
HMRC sent me a letter telling me they've "asked Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd to use code BR", and that this means I'll be paying tax at 20%. By my figures (overall since I've been working there), Angard have so far either taken around 40%, or they've still got lots more to pay me. I *think* I'm at least £150 down, not including the 8 hours holiday pay (another £50) I've accrued.
Given these stupid "net deductions" which don't have any explanation as to what they're for, and my missing payslips, it's impossible to work out what Angard are up to.

On 30th December I wasn't paid so Angard made an emergency payment of £100.
On 6th of January I was paid 1p as Angard took back the £100.
I phoned Angard to see what had happened to my actual wages for 30th December and they said "you got paid £100". ARRGHH!!!

Phoned angard about 4 times last week and twice this week to be told I will get paid no longer than the 11th January. I've constantly checked my bank account today and still nothing! Phoned angard to be told that they are really sorry and that she was filing a complaint about not receiving a phonecall or pay, the woman then went on to say that I would be receiving a payslip next with all hours and money I have been paid and that she didn't know when I would receive all my money owed. I'm owed 115 hours of £1 because I had been getting paid £6.58 per hour rather than getting the £7.58 per hour that was on the contract and application form! I'm also owed 8 and a half hours pay that was overtime I had done; so I'm owed a total of £179.43 underpayment! It's a total joke of what they're doing! Also the woman on the phone told me on their records I've been paid on the 16th and 23rd December but I got paid on the 30th December and they don't seem to have it on their records!
Straight after my phonecall my boyfriend phoned up because he's owed £403 from them and the last payment he received was on the 23rd December; he hasn't even been paid his first week, been paid the second week and hasn't been paid his third week. The woman on the phone then told him that he would be paid on the 13th but you don't know what's happening with argard these days, they tell you one day, you wait till that day, phone again coz you haven't been paid then they tell you another! My boyfriend then threatened them with an et1 but they didn't seem to care!

I recieved the call yesterday and the guy said payment has been put into bank account but it only shows the next day after 12, so most people should check after 12 and it should show, happened with me anyway. Even if its a transfer, it could be scheduled rather than instant so keep checking because they should meet at least their own deadlines.

Re: ANYBODY BEEN PAID THEN - 11/01/2012?
I've just received a phone call from Angard, telling me they've now completed a reconciliation and by the end of this week everyone should have been paid everything owed, and have all the missing payslips.
I don't know if this phone call is something everyone got, or just because I emailed them reminding them I still haven't received all my money.
This money/payslip thing will definitely happen this week (though the woman who phoned me doesn't work in payroll, and was sure to withhold her number), BUT just in case that doesn't happen (seems unlikely, surely?
), to phone 0845 4607487.
That's a pisstake in itself - making people who haven't received money dial an 0845 number (which won't be included in most free mobile minutes, etc.) to chase their own pay.

Acas say that costs, loss of earnings and compensation will not be taken into account at an employment tribuneral - it will only cover the wages you should have been paid
BEFORE anyone bites my head off for the above please note it is what the very unhelpful man from ACAS told me on the phone today regarding my own tribuneral so please dont blame me for repeating what he has said. I will be taking further legal advice as soon as possible on this matter.

Re: ANYBODY BEEN PAID THEN - 11/01/2012?
Just checked my bank and they have paid me the 157 like they said they would.paikes wrote:I just called them and gave them my name and before i could even say what i was calling about he said " i see you've been paid 18.72 today and you will be receiving another 157.83 tomorrow"
I didn't actually know what to say to him as i wasn't expecting them to know i'd been paid anything today let alone how much more they owe me (which seems to be about right)
He also said we would be receiving payslips early next week with EVERYTHING we've been paid since working there with all our hours on it.
So yeah, wasn't expecting that!
Will report back tomorrow when i see if this money has gone into my bank or not...
Pretty sure that sounds about right but i'm gonna double check when/if i receive my payslips.
So check your banks people, ya never know what you might find.
