it cost me more than 100 times what I have received in wages in the last 2 payments to phone up their 0845 number to register my unhappiness. £0.02 received, £2.20 off my credit. I suppose I shall have to wrap this into my costs for the Employment Tribunal.

Yes £7.58 for 6.5 hours work!! Needless to say no payslip. But then again with £7.58 to spend, wouldn't have time to read my payslip. Off to e mail Angard now.

1st post on here. Been reading keenly as to everybodies problems and feel sorry for you guys fellow work colleagues and everybody else. I don't know how but I've been one of the lucky ones maybe its because my surname begins with a B! I've had a £350 voucher. Then been paid properly each week for the right amount of hours at the right wage -20% tax and NI (tax i'll claimback in April) so when I check my online banking as to whether I've got enough to buy a couple of things today I find that I have joined this notorious 1p club. Now i've been fine so far so this is weird.

I know from people at work as I'm still working in the short term and on here that today has been a deadline for them to sort out everybody elses. Obviously it looks like they have paid everybody on their books either a whole penny or a different amount if they have actually calculated your wage. Theres obviously a plan by treating staff in this way so that they can say everybody was paid by the date we said etc etc. How it would stand up in a court of law is beyond me. Everyone signed up to be paid a week into arrears. As soon as they don't do that they are breaking their contract. If they are paying us 1p then they are breaking their contract as it's against employment of law of minimum wage!

Everybody who has been effected could realistically claim a weeks wages (37.5 hours at 6.08) £228 as you can claim break of contract by Angard on two fronts and state that they spoilt your xmas preparation through not having the funds to enjoy a true festival. Furthermore, people have since rung been lied to and not even got through which can add to the stress of it all and you can argue that people will spend 37.5 hours trying to sort out their own wages amongst everything.

For me personally I support anybody who goes through an ET and I hope you not only get your wages paid in full but gain any extra costs that have happened in your lives because of this business.

Even me who has been paid properly and still working is now slightly concerned as I am due 24 hours pay this Friday. and the hours I will of course work this week.

Good luck all ladies and gents!

I just called them and gave them my name and before i could even say what i was calling about he said " i see you've been paid 18.72 today and you will be receiving another 157.83 tomorrow"

I didn't actually know what to say to him as i wasn't expecting them to know i'd been paid anything today let alone how much more they owe me (which seems to be about right)

He also said we would be receiving payslips early next week with EVERYTHING we've been paid since working there with all our hours on it.

So yeah, wasn't expecting that!

Will report back tomorrow when i see if this money has gone into my bank or not...

Nothing again but a letter from RM thanks for my efforts!! ET1 court case set for March. Not phoning again paying for an 0845 number. Had e-mail reply on 9th Jan from original enquiry on 30th December, saying all outstanding monies would be paid by 11th - Waste of time and effort, they are a disgrace!!!!!
